New York Public Library celebrated their 125th anniversary on January 13 of this year (2020). As a part of the celebration they wanted a live-updating donor wall created on their site that was also searchable by users.
I collaborated with Senior UX Designer Josh Vincent on this project; he assisted with concept and early wireframing.

Tasked with making UX improvements and design updates to the various donation forms on the NYPL site. Armed with client data and knowledge from other donation form redesigns, I worked hand-in-hand with strategic consultant Dolores McDonagh on these updates.

New York Public Library launched a symbolic gift store in 2017 where donors can see how their dollars directly translate into books and other resources for the library system.
Knowing we were limited by the platform the store was to be build on, I communicated throughout the project with the developer (Colin Manuel). We determined the extent of the changes we could make using CSS and JavaScript. I designed all screens throughout the shopping userflow: store inventory page, product page, cart, checkout, and confirmation page.
